Samsung today announced the launch of its all-new projector – The Freestyle in India. This lightweight, portable projector also acts as a smart speaker, ambient lighting device and projects video of up to 100-inch (2m 54cm) screen size. The Freestyle’s versatile cradle supports viewing angles from the wall to the ceiling with rotation of up to 180 degrees. It weighs around 0.8 Kg and allows users to project high-quality video on walls, tables, floors, or even ceilings.
The Freestyle comes equipped with three key display features – Auto keystone, Auto-leveling, and Autofocus. Auto keystone allows the device to automatically adjust its screen to any flat surface at any angle. Autofocus lets the projector automatically focus for a sharp, clear image up to 100-inch, while the Auto-leveling feature ensures that the screen stays level on any surface. Additionally, the Freestyle optimizes projection based on your wall color to eliminate the need for a white background. The Freestyle doesn’t require any separate screen, and it can be projected on any surface.
The Freestyle comes with certified OTT platforms and allows users to access smart features available on Samsung Smart TVs, with built-in streaming services and mobile mirroring and casting features that are compatible with both Android and iOS devices. The projector also includes a built-in Sync button that allows users instantly use their Samsung Galaxy device as a remote control. It even allows you to utilize mobile hotspots when no Wi-Fi networks are available.
