Xiaomi announces Redmi Note 9 Pro, the successor of last year’s Redmi Note 8 Pro in India. Its a slightly downgraded variant of Redmi Note 9 Pro Max with a few changes in the camera. It sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 720G Chipset (same as Max variant) mated with a 5,020mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. It comes in two configurations – 4/64GB and 6/128GB
In the camera department, the Redmi Note 9 Pro comes with a Quad-camera setup on the rear side that includes a downgraded 48MP primary camera (compared to Max variant), an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP macro camera, and also a dedicated 2MP depth sensor.
