Xiaomi has started rolling out Android Oreo-based MIUI Stable update to Redmi Note 5 users in India. As the update is rolling out in batches, Initially, it will be made available to a few users to make sure everything works as expected and will be rolled out to other users in a couple days. As per Xiaomi, the Face unlocking feature has been added to Android Oreeo and as of now, it will be available to users in Indonesia, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. It will be made available to other users in the upcoming days.
