Update: 18th October 2019 – Post the overwhelming response to OnePlus Care, premium smartphone maker OnePlus has launched Limitless Referrals as an extension to the program. Under this program, existing OnePlus users can share a referral link with the buyer and both parties will gain benefits in the form of points, discounts or cashback. The Limitless Referrals program is valid from 20th October to 31st October 2019.
How to participate in the referral program?
- Download the OnePlus Care app available on the Google Playstore
- Verify their IMEI number
- Login to oneplus.in with the same account, head to Referral Program page
- Enter the IMEI number to generate a unique referral link
- Share the link with a referee or OnePlus users
- The referee can use this link to log in to OnePlus.in to receive a gift voucher or coupon worth ₹2,000 redeemable against their purchase of a OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7T or OnePlus 7T Pro from Oneplus.in, Amazon.in, OnePlus Experience Stores selected offline partner stores
- Once the referee installs OnePlus Care on their new device and verifies device IMEI, the referrer will get points worth ₹1,000 in their OnePlus account, which can be used to redeem against OnePlus products or the equivalent amount as an Amazon voucher
Earlier: 9th October 2019 – To provide a better after-sale experience to its consumers OnePlus launches a unique post-purchase program called OnePlus Care in India. This initiative includes a host of benefits and open to all OnePlus users from OnePlus One to the recently launched OnePlus 7T. All OnePlus smartphone users can get these benefits on the dedicated OnePlus Care app that is available on the Google Play Store.

Flat 50% Off On OnePlus Battery
Current users of OnePlus 3 and its successors can avail a flat 50% discount on battery replacement after battery damage is detected. During the battery replacement, you’ll have to book an appointment using the OnePlus Care app by selecting a store near you and pick an available time slot for repair. To send the device to the nearby service center you can either avail the pick-up & drop doorstep service or visit the service center yourself. The device will be inspected by the service engineer to confirm the battery damage.
