Nokia 6.1 Plus was introduced in India in August 2018 with 4GB/64GB combination. Now, Nokia has introduced 6GB RAMvariant in India at ₹18,499. The 6GB RAM variant comes with 64GB of internal storage and will be available to purchase through Nokia.com/phones and also through offline retail stores across India starting 22nd February 2019.

Earlier – 21 August, 2019: Nokia 6.1 Plus, the global variant of Nokia X6 was first introduced in Hong Kong and now, it is officially made its way into India. The company has not made any changes to the Indian variant including the Software. The Nokia 6.1 Plus runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with Android One program and will receive the Android Pie update in the coming days. It will be made available in only one configuration i.e. 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage.

To recall, the Nokia 6.1 Plus sports a 5.8-inch FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and fuelled by the Snapdragon 636 octa-core Mobile Platform with a non-removable 3060mAh battery that supports Quick charging. The key highlight of this smartphone is the dual camera setup on the rear side that includes a primary 16MP RGB sensor and a secondary 5MP Monochrome sensor. The front camera has a 16MP sensor and powered by the AI technology.
