Nokia 2 is an entry-level smartphone comes with a 5-inch LTPS display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels and powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 CPU with 1GB of RAM. It has a metal frame with a Sculpted polycarbonate back and the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 at the front. To store and manage your downloads, it offers an internal storage of 8GB and that can be further expanded up to 128GB using a dedicated microSD card. Nokia 2 is available in both Single as well as Dual SIM configurations. There is no fingerprint scanner on Nokia 2.
This device houses a massive 4100mAh battery that is capable of providing a 2-day battery life from a single charge. It runs on clutter-free stock Android 7.1.1 Nougat and Nokia has also promised Android Oreo update in the coming months. For Photography, it includes a 8MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. Other key specifications are WiFi n, Bluetooth, GPS with GLONASS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and FM Radio.
Nokia 2 is offered in three hues – Pewter Black, Pewter White, & Copper Black and will go on sale starting mid-September 2017. Nokia 2 will retail at an average global price of €99 (Approx ₹7500). There is no official information about the exact date of availability and pricing in India.
