Motorola Announces Moto G5S and G5S Plus with Improved Cameras

Motorola announces Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus, successors of Moto G5 and G5 Plus launched just a few months ago. Both new devices sport a Metal unibody design with the front mounted fingerprint scanner. Similar to most of the Premium moto smartphones, these also include Water repellent nano coating to protect the smartphone from spills and splashes. Both smartphones boots on Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box and supports One Button Nav and Moto Experiences like Night display, Quick reply etc

Moto G5S

G5S features a 5.2″ Full HD display that is slightly bigger than the 5″ display of Moto G5. Processor and RAM remain same i.e. 1.4GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 430 and 3GB RAM. It houses a 3000mAh battery that supports turbo charging and can provide up to 5 hours of power in just 15 minutes of charge. Another major difference is the rear camera. G5S comes with the 16MP rear camera while G5 has a 13MP camera. The front camera is same on both phone except the selfie flash on new G5S.

The major difference between the G5S Plus and G5 Plus is the camera. Newly introduced G5S Plus features Dual 13MP cameras at the rear side with depth Editor. You can even shoot 4K videos at 30fps. For selfies, it includes an 8MP sensor with Selfie flash. The Processor, RAM, and Battery remain same as the G5 Plus i.e. 2GHz Snapdragon 625, 3GB or 4GB RAM and 3000mAh battery with Turbo charging. It also has a Selective focus mode that helps to take professional looking portraits by adding blurred background effect.
