Lava Becomes the First Mobile Phone Brand to Launch All-Women Operated Service Center in India

Indian smartphone maker Lava launches its first company-owned customer service center to provide mobile hardware and software resolutions to customers. It is also the first smartphone brand to launch all-women operated service center in India. This service center is located in Noida and the customers will be able to view and experience the repair of their mobile handsets completely in front of them.

There is also a Trust Walk zone wherein customers can experience company’s latest mobile phones, locate other service centers, have an exhaustive look at the spare-parts used in the phones, use self-help for software updates at software kiosk and buy mobile handset accessories. As per Lava, it will be launching around 20 company-owned service centers across India by mid-2018 and all service centers will have the standardized infrastructure and fixed locations for providing uniform customer experience.
