Jio has officially announced the availability of Facebook app on its JioPhone. In a press release, the company has said that Starting 14th February 2018, the Facebook app can be downloaded from the Jio App Store. This new version of the Facebook app is built specially for Jio KaiOS and it will be available to download for both new as well as existing users. The Facebook app on JioPhone will support Push notifications, Video, and Links to external content. The app is also optimized to successfully accommodate the cursor function on JioPhone and delivers
Out of the box, JioPhone comes preloaded with few Jio apps such as MyJio, JioTV, JioChat, JioCinema, JioMusic, JioXpressNews JioVideoCall, JioShare, JioGames, and HelloJio. In December 2017, Jio had also released a specially made Google Assistant app to JioPhone users. It is available in two languages – Hindi and English. This assistant can help make phone calls, text, play music and videos, navigate and search the internet, and access other apps and services.
