2.What are the Offers and Special Tariff Plans available for JioPhone 2?
Currently, no offers are announced for JioPhone 2. Offers and the special tariff plans may be announced a few days before the sale day.
3. Where can I buy the JioPhone 2?
The JioPhone 2 will be available to buy through Jio Stores, Reliance Digital, and also through Jio partner stores across India starting 15th August 2018.
4. Can I buy JioPhone 2 Online?
There is no official information about Online availability. Initially, you can only buy JioPhone 2 through offline stores.
5. Can I install third-party apps and games on JioPhone 2?
Yes. You can install the apps or games using Jio App Store. But, currently, a very few apps are supported. Facebook, Youtube, and WhatsApp apps can be downloaded from Jio App Store starting 15th August 2018. Few Jio apps such as JioTV, JioMusic, and JioMovies will come preloaded with this phone.
6. Can I use other SIM cards such as Vodafone, Airtel etc. on JioPhone 2?
JioPhone 2 comes with Dual SIM support. Primary SIM (SIM 1) is restricted to Jio. Means you will have to insert the Jio SIM in the first slot. The second SIM slot can be used with other telecom operators such as Vodafone, Airtel, etc.
7. How many languages will JioPhone 2 support?
JioPhone 2 supports 22 regional languages same as JioPhone.
8. Does JioPhone 2 support NFC?
Yes. JioPhone 2 does support NFC. It contains the NFC hardware and it can be used for making wireless payments through UPI, Bank Accounts, Debit/Credit cards, etc.
9. Does JioPhone 2 support microSD card?
Yes. JioPhone 2 comes with the dedicated MicroSD slot and supports up to 128GB.
10. Does JioPhone 2 support JioMediaCable?
Yes. JioPhone 2 support JioMediaCable.
11. Can I use my existing Jio SIM with JioPhone 2?
Yes. You can use your existing Jio SIM with the JioPhone 2.
12. Does JioPhone 2 support WiFi?
Yes. JioPhone does support WiFi.
13. What is the camera specifications of JioPhone?
JioPhone comes with the 2MP rear camera and a VGA front camera. The camera specifications are same as the 1st Gen. JioPhone.

Yes. It supports FM Radio.
15. What is VoWiFi on JioPhone 2?
Voice-over WiFi (VoWiFi) is technology that helps you make calls without the need for a mobile signal. Means, using the JioPhone 2 you can make calls using WiFi network without using any mobile network.
16. Does JioPhone 2 have Torchlight?
Yes. JioPhone 2 comes with torchlight and the same can be turned On or Off by long pressing the Spacebar.
17. Does JioPhone 2 support Dual VoLTE?
No. JioPhone 2 doesn’t support Dual VoTLE. Only SIM 1 supports VoLTE.
18. Does Monsoon Hungama Offer applicable for JioPhone 2
No. Monsoon Hungama offer is applicable only for JioPhone (1st Gen.)
