A few days after announcing an Android Go Edition smartphone INFIE 3, Intex announces an 18:9 display smartphone under its Indie series dubbed as Intex Indie 44 in India. It’s an entry-level device comes with a 5.45-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and powered by the Spreadtrum Quad-core CPU with 2GB of RAM. It supports Dual SIM, VoLTE and also houses a dedicated MicroSD tray to expand the device storage up to 128GB.
Even though it lacks a fingerprint scanner, the enhanced AI Face Unlock technology will help you unlock the phone using your face. Also, you can use the AI Face Unlock to unlock your favorite apps. For photography, Intex Indie 44 has an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera that supports various camera modes.
