After a log wait, Instagram is now officially available for Windows 10 PC and Tablets. You can download this app from Windows Store. 
Basically, this app is designed for Windows 10 tablets but also works on windows 10 PCs. From the above picture, you can clearly see the unused blank spaces on both left and right. Instagram for Windows 10 PC does not allow you to post and edit photos. Posting and editing photos only available for tablets and PCs with touch screens and rear facing cameras.
