Infinix launches Infinix S5 Lite, a toned-down variant of Infinix S5 which was introduced in India in October 2019. Most of the specifications of S5 Lite are almost the same as the S5 except for a few changes in the front and rear camera. Instead of Quad camera setup on the S5, the S5 Lite comes with the triple camera setup. The setup misses a wide-angle sensor and includes a 16MP primary camera, 2MP Depth Camera and a dedicated Low Light sensor. The front camera has a downgraded 16MP camera instead of a 32MP sensor on the S5.
It comes with a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS LCD Super Cinema display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and powered by the same MediaTek Helio P22 64-bit Octa-core processor with a non-removable 4,000mAh battery which is capable of providing upto 31 days of standby time. Similar to S5, the S5 Lite also features a Punch hole design wherein the front camera is placed inside the display cutout on the top left for a more screen real estate.
