Huawei has just announced its latest flagship smartphone Huawei Mate 9. Same as Huawei P9 this smartphone also co-engineered with German camera manufacturer Leica. It has a unibody aluminum design with the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
This smartphone sports a massive 5.9″ Full HD display and powered by Kirin 960 Octa-core processor and 4GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB onboard storage, 4000mAh battery with smart power saver and runs on the EMUI 5.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. Mate 9 uses the state-of-the-art Super Charge technology which charges the device for a full days power just in 20mins.
The Leica engineered dual camera setup consists of 20MP Monochrome sensor and 12MP RGB sensor and also OIS & dual LED flash. The 8MP selfie shooter has an aperture of f/1.9.
Huawei Mate 9 Variants
The mate 9 comes in two variants MHA-L29 and MHA-L09. The L29 uses a Hybrid slot where 2nd slot can be used for either second SIM or microSD card. The L09 is a single SIM device comes with a microSD slot.

The Mate 9 priced at 699 Euros and available in 6 colors – Black, Space Gray, Moonlight Silver, Champagne Gold, Mocha Brown, and Ceramic White. Initially, it is available in China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Thailand, and UAE.
