Honor 7X, the successor of Honor 6X launched at an event held in London. Its a dual camera smartphone comes with a primary 16MP and a secondary 2MP rear camera powered by the Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) technology. It is coupled with a LED flash and supports Portrait mode to capture professional and artistic pictures. For selfies and video calls, you will get an 8MP front camera that supports various image effects and Portrait selfie. The front camera also supports new Gesture control function means you simply have to turn your palm to the camera to trigger a countdown to click a selfie. Honor 7X is dual SIM 4G device features a Hybrid SIM tray and supports VoLTE.
Coming to the design, Honor 7X has a metal unibody design with rounded edges and the fingerprint scanner mounted on the rear side. It has 5.93-inch 18:9 Full HD display with 2.5D glass and fuelled by the Huawei’s own Kirin 659 octa-core CPU mated with 3340mAh battery. This device is available in two storage variants – 32GB and 64GB with 4GB RAM on both. Another key highlight of Honor 7X is the Wi-Fi Bridge feature lets you use your smartphone as a WiFi Router to further connect up to 4 other devices and share the available Wi-Fi among your friends. Other key specifications are 2.4GHz WiFi n, Bluetooth, GPS with AGPS, Android Nougat with EMUI 5.1 and Phone status indicator.
