Celkon UniQ is a budget 4G smartphone sports a 5-inch HD display with 2.5D glass and powered by the 64-bit quad-core processor mated with 3GB of RAM. It has a metal unibody design and comes with the fingerprint scanner that is mounted on the front side of the device. The internal memory offered in 32GB and that can be further expanded up to 64GB using a dedicated microSD slot. Its a Dual SIM smartphone runs on Android Nougat and also supports VoLTE.
For photography, it includes a 16MP Autofocus snapper at the rear with a single LED flash and supports various camera features such as Auto-focus, Face detection, HDR, Panorama etc. The front camera has an 8MP Fixed-focus shooter coupled with a Moonlight flash. Other key specifications are Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, and FM Radio. It also comes pre-loaded with Microsoft-owned SwiftKey keyboard that uses artificial intelligence to make typing Indian languages easy.
The Celkon UniQ is sold in two colors – Grey & Gold and available to buy online as well as through offline retail stores across India at ₹7,999. This device will be manufactured in the Celkon manufacturing facility, Tirupati.
