With a strategic partnership with Flipkart, Asus has launched a new smartphone India dubbed as Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. It is also the first device from Asus to boot on Stock Android 8.1 Oreo. It sports a 6-inch display with a resolution of 2160×1080 pixels and has an aspect ratio of 18:9. Under the hood is octa-core Snapdragon 636 CPU with a massive 5000mAh battery that can provide up to 42 hours 3G talk time. This device is offered in three configurations – 3GB/32GB 4GB/64GB, and 6GB/64GB. There is also a dedicated microSD slot lets you expand the device storage up to 2TB. Its a dual SIM 4G device supports Dual VoLTE.
Another unique selling point of this smartphone is the Dual rear camera setup that includes a primary 13MP sensor and a secondary 5MP sensor positioned with a LED flash. The front camera has an 8MP sensor with LED flash and supports Bokeh mode. Various camera supported are 10 beauty modes, Sports, Flowers, Landscape, Backlight, Candlelight, Sunset, etc. In addition to the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, This smartphone also supports enhanced Face Recognition technology that helps you to unlock the phone using your face.
The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is sold in two colors – Deepsea Black, & Gray and available to buy exclusively via Flipkart starting 3rd May 2018. The 3GB/32GB variant priced at ₹10,999 and the 4GB/64GB at ₹12,999. The 6GB RAM variant has a 16MP primary rear camera with a 16MP front camera and will be made available in the coming weeks at ₹14,999. As an introductory offer, Flipkart is providing Complete Mobile Protection Plan for Zenfone Max Pro Max M1 worth ₹999 at ₹49 only. Asus is also providing a free accessory called Max Box that can amplify the sound two times.
